  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $99.99.

  • All orders under $100.00 are subject to a shipping charge of $14.99.

  • Spoke and Pedal makes no guarantee on the delivery estimates listed here.

  • Orders valued over $99 will require a signature for delivery.

  • Orders placed after 2:30pm PST will leave our warehouse the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or after 2:30pm PST on Friday leave our warehouse on Monday or the next business day during long weekends (BC, Canada long weekend schedule).

  • Deliveries are made on weekdays only.

  • Orders are shipped from Vancouver using Canpar. Please see the list below for standard shipping delivery estimates to major Canadian cities.

  • We guarantee all merchandise purchased through spokeandpedalbikes.com

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.

  • Returned product must be in new/unused condition and all packaging must be included to be accepted as a return.

  • Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.

  • No refunds after 30 days.

  • Spoke and Pedal does not cover the cost of return shipping.
